The 2001 ECZA Open House will be held at the Concord Mall in Wilmington, Delaware. Directions are located below. With the weather forecast for the low 70s and mostly sunny, what better to do this Saturday? Go shopping with the wife? She can do that in the adjacent Concord Mall while you're out playing with the boys! Schedule Follows:
11 AM - Meet Time
12 PM - Start of Judging for Car Show
2:30 PM - End of Judging
3:00 PM - Winners Announced and Prizes Drawn Scheduled to be on display include several well modified 300ZX's, 1994 Nissan Skyline GTR, and several Audi S4's. We will again be holding a judged car show with an entry fee of just $5 per car. Trophies for this year are similar to last year:
(Modifications only count if visible, so filterchargers not applicable and neither are turbo timers or boost controllers. Japanese emblems and shift knobs do count
though.) Stock Twinturbo - Aftermarket exhaust allowed. Must have no more than two pieces of aftermarket items. Example: May have exhaust and aftermarket shift knob.
May not have exhaust, front fascia and aftermarket shift knob. Modified Twinturbo - More than two modifications altering the look of the car. Stock NA - Same as above. Nissan factory wings installed by dealer will not count as a modification though. Modified NA - More than two modifications altering the look of the car. People's Choice - Highest number of votes from attendees. Best of Show - Highest score from normal judging NA or TT.
There will probably be some questions as to what is acceptable and what is not. These will be discussed and answered on the day of the show by the judges.
Speaking of judges, I will need volunteers who would like to judge. Directions: From South:
I-95 North to Concord Pike (Exit 8) in Delaware.
Stay left on fork off ramp towards West Chester/Concord Pike.
Merge on to US 202
Stay on US 202 until you come to Concord Mall
Enter on North side of Mall (Barnes and Nobles and Best Buy side) From North:
I-95 South to Concord Pike exit
Stay on US 202 until you come to the Concord Mall
Enter on North side of Mall (Barnes and Nobles and Best Buy side) We will meet at the back of the parking lot adjacent to US 202 if space permits.
